Arrive and Drive Terms and Conditions

Rogue Racing Ltd reserve the right to refuse admission to any person and furthermore reserve the right to cease providing racing or instruction to any individual or group at any time, without giving a reason. Rogue Racing Ltd advise all clients that the consumption of alcohol before and during race meetings is Not Allowed.
Rogue Racing Ltd will accept no responsibility for damage to, or loss of, or theft of personal property. Users of the car parks or lockers provided do so at their own risk.
Rogue Racing Ltd reserves the right to reasonably alter any product offer or price from time to time, without notice.
Any person who reserves any event, or places at an event, is deemed to have accepted our Conditions of Sale.
Calls may be recorded or monitored for training purposes.

Event Terms and Conditions

The non-refundable and non-transferable deposit must be paid by the deposit due date.
Should you cancel a booking within 15 days of the event, the balance is due regardless of whether the deposit has been paid.
Written notice of cancellation must be received by Rogue Racing at least 15 days prior to the event.
The balance of race fees and any extras must be paid at the event.
Non-payment of the deposit or balance will lead to immediate cancellation of the event.
The minimum billing applies even if fewer drivers actually compete.
Persons signing on behalf of a company or organisation, should confirm that they are empowered to do so.
Rogue Racing reserves the right to refuse admission, and to cease providing racing to any person.
Rogue Racing cannot be held liable for cancellation of the event caused by anything outside their control.
It is strictly forbidden for any driver to supply his or her own food or drinks at the event.
Drivers who consume alcohol prior to the event or miss the safety briefing will not be permitted to race.
These conditions apply to any optional extras that are selected.
Rogue Racing will only accept payment by personal cheque if supported by a valid guarantee card.

Driver information
All drivers must attend the safety briefing and practice. Please check the arrival time for the event.
Please wear trainers or similar flat-soled shoes - no open toe shoes.
Please ensure that you do not drink any alcohol before or during race meetings.
For all events, drivers must be over 1.3m's tall to participate. HEIGHT & BUILD restrictions may also apply. Contact Rogue Racing for further details.
Drivers must be 8 years or over to compete in an Arrive and Drive session.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and Solo. Personal Cheques will only be accepted up to the value of the guarantee. Whilst we aim to accommodate everyone, we ask that you contact us for clarification if you are unsure about any driver's suitability due to age, health or size.
Drivers should arrive 30 minutes prior to on track time.
